Passing 101

This section will help you understand the basics of dealing with the guard in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The guard is a complex monster with multiple heads. Our goal is to help you slay this monster by arming you with the fundamental skills to deal with the multiple attacks coming your way. Take your time and work through the videos in order making sure to engrain each technique prior to moving on to the next skill.
